Like with many cities, Porto has its own culinary specialties and we encourage our clients to include some of Porto’s classic dishes on their menus – for casual dining there is the classic francesinha, Porto’s epic take on the humble sandwich, then there are some modern twists on the national dish of bacalhau (salt cod) and some inspirational versions of barbecued classics.
